Donation Greeting Cards

  • Do you need to get someone a birthday present and don't know what to buy?
  • Did someone in your community pass away and you want to acknowledge your sympathy to the family?
  • Do you want to say "thank you" to a special teacher or therapist?
  • Do you want to make a donation in gratitude for a successful surgery?

We have the answer! Order a Donation Greeting Card from us!

Here's how it works:

You tell us who the card is for, who it's from, what card you want to send, and how much you'll be donating. Our staff volunteers will hand-write the card and send it out the next business day. Your recipient will have a nice surprise in the mail when they receive one of these beautiful cards with your intentions written inside. Isn't this a marvelous idea?

Start by filling in all the information below. When you hit the "submit" button, it will take you directly to Paypal to make your donation. The minimum donation for the U.S. is $10 per card.(If you are sending the card out of the country, we would appreciate it if you would kindly increase your donation to reflect the difference in postage.) Once your Paypal transaction is complete, you will receive an email from them, and you will be automatically redirected to an online printable receipt from the Foundation. From there, you can return to the site.

Your generous gift to the Brachial Plexus Palsy Foundation will help babies, teens and adults in your own backyard and across the country. Your contributions help fund family events, educational programs, BPI specialists & centers, BPI research, and an educational scholarship fund. You choose which fund you want your donation to go to.

Every penny counts.

About the Artist...

Four-year old Danny has a left brachial plexus injury (OBPI) from birth. He has had several surgeries and ongoing therapy to help restore function to his arm which was paralyzed during his delivery. Danny drew this picture to show how happy he is to be able to play and hold lollipops with both arms now. “Lollipop Day” is a reflection of his cheerful spirit!

About the Artist...

Kierston is an 8-year old, 3rd grader, who has a left brachial plexus injury (OBPI) from birth. She’s had two major surgeries to improve her shoulder, arm and hand. She enjoys exercising her arm with electrical stimulation, swimming, karate, and cartwheels. Kierston wanted to draw two hands holding flowers. Even though her hands are two different sizes, they are just as beautiful as the flowers they are holding.

About the Artist...

Twenty-four year old Dawn Boe has a left brachial plexus injury (OBPI) that occurred at birth. She underwent three surgeries between the ages of two and four in an attempt to turn the bone around in order to make it easier for her hand to grasp. Each surgery was followed by months of occupational therapy. Dawn created this graphic in remembrance of her effort to make childhood snow angels during the winter months. “Erb’s Snow Angel” illustrates that people with bpi can still participate in this two-handed world learning to do everyday tasks in their own way.
